UX Issue: Work lost when following hyperlinks in Changelog editor (Starter plan)

A customer reported two issues: In-app notifications are not enabled as expected. Major UX bug: When editing a changelog post, following a hyperlink (e.g., to Loom video) causes unsaved work to be lost. This is especially problematic for users on the Starter plan, where the hyperlink for additional services is displayed. Evidence: Loom video explanation Workaround: Use the "Save as Draft" button before clicking hyperlinks.
