Jira integration: Search not working (cannot find issues by number or title)

A customer reported that the Jira search integration is not working: searching by number, title, or part of title does not return results, and the user must refresh the page to try again. Support confirmed the bug after testing and escalated to the backend team. The issue remains unresolved and affects the ability to link Jira issues efficiently.
