Zapier integration

Add a native Zapier integration so Sleekplan events (new feedback, status changes, comments, votes, changelog publishes, survey responses) can trigger workflows in 6,000+ apps, and inbound Zaps can create or update feedback posts. Example use cases: Push new feedback into Slack, Notion, Jira, or Linear automatically Create Sleekplan posts from Intercom/Zendesk tickets or Typeform submissions Notify the team in Microsoft Teams when a post hits "Planned" or "Completed" Sync changelog entries to Mailchimp or HubSpot for customer comms Log survey responses into Google Sheets or a data warehouse Suggested triggers: new feedback, feedback status changed, new comment, new vote, new changelog, new survey response. Suggested actions: create feedback, update feedback status, add comment, tag feedback, create changelog. This would massively reduce the need for custom webhook plumbing and open Sleekplan up to non-technical teams.
